Gifts to Cope Environmental Center support efforts to improve the local environment, enhance environmental education opportunities for the local community, and promote responsible resource use throughout our region! Every gift makes environmental education more affordable, more accessible, and more effective for participants. We charge our students and community a fraction of the actual cost of programming, so that we can continue to provide high quality, relevant programs for an affordable price. From the public schools of Connersville to the Mayor’s office of Richmond, your contributions make the environment a priority in our communities!
We wish to extend a special thank you to the local foundations who continue to support the work of Cope Environmental Center through significant investment in our annual programs and special projects:
Stamm Koechlein Family Foundation – The Stamm Koechlein Family Foundation actively serves the communities of our board members, especially Richmond, Indiana and the surrounding areas. We support non-profit community organizations that enhance the vitality of the community, especially for young people. Our goal is to build, strengthen and sustain community life by bringing opportunity to youth.
Wayne County Foundation – The Wayne County, Indiana, Foundation, Inc. exists to foster and encourage private philanthropic giving, to enhance the spirit of community and to improve the quality of life in the Wayne County, Indiana, area now and for future generations.
