Richmond, Indiana, in the heart of the Midwest.
Surrounded by the beautiful Whitewater Gorge, CEC is
easily accessed from the historic National Road (US
40). Take Airport Rd off of US 40 (less than 2
miles east of Centerville) to Shoemaker Rd.
Turn west.
